I looked at a bunch of companies. Read reviews. And chose AutoStar because the rep I spoke with, Marie, was professional and gave me a good feeling. Prior conversations with other companies made me feel like it was used car sales. Pressure...sign now and little confidence. The document delivery with eSign was done very well. What I expect with transactions.I was kept informed during the process. The driver was great although I wish I knew in advance that a parking lot was way easier. Which we did. Car arrived fine. A bit dirty. But in tact. The only complaint is that the quote was awesome but got a call saying we can get your car today but the driver is out of state and needs an extra dollar amount. I offered a compromise which was accepted. Not shocked and still less than other carriers. New eSign contract and best thing was all on my AMX. I did not want to have receiver pay COD.
