I had to transport my car from VA to LA recently and I filled out an online form. Within a minute or so, I received many many calls and emails and I was really tired of responding to them. Following morning I received a call from a gentleman from AutoStar Transport and gave me the rate that was cheapest among all the quotes that I had received from other transporters. After speaking with the person he explained me the entire process from pickup to delivery and I fully trusted what he said. A few days later, I got the call from AutoStar saying that I will be getting call from the driver to let me know about the pick up date and time as well when the car will be delivered at the destination. The driver arrived in the said date and time and took my car. He took picture of the car from all side before loading the car in the truck. Deliver was right on time and car was in the same shape and condition. No issues at all and this is how my first inter-state car transport worked out for me. I don't know about other transport service companies because I didn't use their services but their price was higher and I didn't find it worth spending so much when I could get much cheaper with AutoStar. So I highly recommend AutoStar if you need to transport your car. Thanks
