We picked AutoStar Transport Express to ship a car from CA to VA, where our son is stationed at one Navy base. Three criteria were used to downselect from the six companies contacted: 1. Cost; 2. Flexibility on the dates; 3. Customer service. AutoStar met all three criteria. Customer service was delightful from start to finish, with quick follow-up on questions and delivery instructions.
