I contracted Autostart Transport Express for a car transport from San Diego, CA to Miami, FL. The quote was not the cheapest, but it was a minor difference only. After offering me an early transport that my dealer denied to release the car, it took few days until finally found a carrier. Price was as agreed with no surprises or increases. Car was delivered on time, even though we had couple Hurricanes threatening along the transportation path and the car was delivered with no issues. Alan was very helpful and he went the extra mile to make this happened on time and with a good carrier. As brokers they depend on carriers, but he answered the phone every single time I called and kept me, as well as his dispatch department, informed along the whole process. Good experience. I would hire them again.
