Great customer service. Frank was very helpful and prompt. Was transporting a car from NJ to VA and everything went smooth. The only down side I would say is that I was told that I was able to give the driver a check when it was time time to pay but when he got here the driver told me that he was only accepting cash. Luckily I was able to get the cash quick.
