I had an awesome experience using AutoStar Transport. I dealt with Barry in the office and he was so helpful answering all my questions and explaining in detail the entire process. He did not hound me at all. That made me want to call back, which I did and booked my car for transport from Jacksonville Fl to CT. They had the best service when I called and best process as well!! All the paperwork was electronic and easy to understand. Then on day of auto pickup which was a Wednesday I got a call from the driver Thomaz a few hours before pick up with approximate time he would be there and he arrived right on time. He explained how it works, checked my whole car over and loaded on truck. Afterwards he then verified the drop off address and everyone’s phone numbers. The estimated delivery was on Friday however I got a call from Thomaz the very next day mid afternoon stating he was ready to drop off the vehicle!! Every single part of my dealing with this company was exceptional and professional and I would absolutely use them again.
