                        We at AutoStar Transport Express take accusations such as this very seriously, and we appreciate the customer bringing this to our attention.   Our Sales Manager reached out to the customer’s daughter Elise , and not only offered our sincerest apologies, but we also refunded the customer the $150 deposit they had paid us for the services we rendered.   We had a very mutual understanding and agreement from the customer’s daughter Elise, who just a few days ago had written a very similar review, and since removed it.  We wish customer the best.
