I went ahead with this company based on their reviews online and I found the great reviews to be true. Our broker Dominic was very helpful and patient with us, he answered all our questions and concerns in a timely, professional and friendly manner. Our car was shipped from TX to WA, however there was an issue with the car arriving 1 day before we did so that was inconvenient for us, we had to find someone in a whole new state who could receive the car for us, but fortunately we found someone and our car was delivered safe and sound. This wasn't anybody's fault, I understand its hard to determine these things beforehand, at least these guys were apologetic and that showed they really care. Dominic even called me after just to make sure everything went smoothly, (I have learnt in the move that some companies don't even have the courtesy to do that) I totally recommend AutoStar Transport. One little thing, make sure you ask them clearly how much stuff you can put in your car. Because the broker, the dispatcher and the driver all might have different ideas.
