I had a very good initial experience with fast reply, last minute quick pick up and overall customer service. I did have a very poor experience with the actual contracted carrier however, "Jana Transportation Inc". They arrived finally three days after originally told but failed to contact me or notify me that they were not coming on the last changed schedule. I found out only after calling them and being yelled at and told "oh well". The person on the phone was clueless, could not find the location of my car, my contract etc. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was treated even worse. This was all Jana transport but Brian with Auto Star was amazing! I was told they would not be using this transporter again. I hope this is so for the sake of other customers.

As well I am truly sorry for the way the carrier behaved himself. We will no longer work with that carrier to ensure this situation doesn't repeat itself.
