Auto Transport was so helpful from the selection of carriers's process to the delivery of the auto to my son. Awesome. I wasn't pressured with robo callers to select the team. I called them when I had the money in hand for negotiating the carrier. I made plans to make a $0.50 deposit and once I signed the agreement, I paid an additional balance and the $0.50 was deducted from the deposit balance. That was too funny. Once the Agreement was signed and the deposit was made, we agree to a date and time for the car to be picked up. The car was picked up at my home address. Prior to that pickup, the driver called me two hours to inform me of his current location and that he was enroute to my residence. I left home to wash the car and to gas it up. The transport truck arrived before I completed the wash and gasing up to return home. In the agreement, delivery time was estimated at 5-7 days after pickup. Surprisingly, 3 days later, the car was delivered to Cypress, TX to my son. My son informed me that the driver called him two hours prior to the delivery, and they agreed on a location for the truck to easily park and download the car. The driver arrived at the location before my son arrived and had taken the car down and had it cooling for him when he arrived. My son was overjoyed at the professionalism of the driver and his compassion to see an excited "new owner". The car was accepted and happily signed off by my son, the new owner!
