Firstly, we do reward our customers who leave a positive review for us, in the way of a $25 VOUCHER to Restaurant.com. Customer had 3 vehicles that they completely packed with household items!! This is an automobile transport service, NOT a household transport service! The prohibition of personal items in the vehicles was discussed with customer prior to shipping, and is also outlined in the contract they signed. The carrier that transported the vehicles rightfully so charged extra for all the personal household items the customer placed in their vehicles.
