I was very impressed with Rod at AutoStar. He worked very hard at finding a way to transport my truck to a very small remote town in eastern NC. We did have to get the truck delivered to a family member's house reasonably close to me who already had plans to come visit me in my new location. Rod worked out all the details and followed up on the pickup and delivery of my truck. While I already had a great quote to ship my truck, Rod was able to give me an even better rate for delivery to the alternate location. I had far better customer service with AutoStar than I had from any of the other transport companies I contacted. My truck arrived on time as promised with ample notification of delivery time, and it arrived in the same condition it was in when it was picked up. I would definitely use them again if I ever needed to have a vehicle shipped somewhere.
