At the time the customer placed the order online on May 7th, she had already agreed to all terms and conditions that clearly states we are allotted 5 business days from the first day the vehicle becomes available to locate and assign a carrier. An order cannot be placed online without agreeing to terms and conditions. Customer also signed a PDF version of the contract on May 9th. At this point, nearly three weeks before the vehicle became available to transport, customer had already agreed twice to allow us 5 business days to locate a carrier.
We also, did NOT charge the customer’s credit card. Customer voluntarily paid the deposit when placing the order on May 7th. Paying a deposit when placing an order is NOT a requirement.
Had the customer indicated to us that she was willing to spend an additional $200 to expedite the transport, we too would have been able to locate a carrier immediately. Anyone can find a carrier for $200 more!
We wish the customer well, and hope her transport goes smoothly.
