I am so happy I got in touched with auto star and my 2014 Kia Forte was delivered from Kansas to Houston, Texas without any flaws or blemish, Actually the vehicle came a day earlier than scheduled day. Before that I was dealing with an agent of other auto transport company, he kept on delaying in assigning a carrier with all kinds of different excuses everyday. Finally he said I have to top up to increase the quote if not it will be difficult to get my car shipped, that is after almost 2 weeks of tolerating his flimsy excuses. In the course of that I got hold of another agent but their quote was quite high, I later told him I have decided shipping my car by autostar. He told me autostar is even worse than the previous company I was dealing with, is like "moving from frying pan to fire". But that ended up to be a total lies. I very grateful to Sean Hancock, transport Coordinator and Walter at customer service who took good care of me. I am really green when it comes to auto transportation. The whole process took only 4 days from signing contract to delivery.
