Hi David. Thank you very much for your feedback. We are very glad to hear that your vehicle was delivered fast and without any damages. In regards the couple of issues you mentioned, carriers are always in touch with whomever is assigned as the pickup and delivery contacts (the persons releasing and receiving the vehicle). If there are any special instructions needed (such as keeping a third party up to date) we need to be notified in advance and of course that is something we can accommodate. Regarding the vehicle being dirty, this is something that is common with transports in open trailers, specially in cross country transports, and of course weather plays a big role in this as well. If needed, we can always provide our customers with a quote for a transport in an enclosed trailer.
