I had to ship my daughter's car from Detroit to Phoenix. I did research on several car transport companies, using at least two reviews each from separate sources. At least two firms that initially looked like great deals turned out to be risky. When I contracted AutoStar, I felt confident in the service they offered. A few days later, I had to make a minor change in my requirements, and those changes were handled with no problem. The car was delivered by a trucker familiar with my locality, so he knew the parking situation in my neighborhood. The car arrived a few days ahead of schedule, the trucker was friendly and professional, and the car was in good shape. Bottom line: I will have no problem with choosing AutoStar Transport Express if I need to ship an automobile again.
