I had a great experience with Autostar transport. The staff were friendly and I was able to get my car shipped quickly and it was cheaper than other companies had quoted me. My customer service rep went out of his way to make sure the driver would be able to be able to load my car onto the truck without any issues. My car is inoperable and normally would need a winch to load it onto the truck and would therefore increase the charges but my driver was able to push my car onto the truck without the winch and saved me from paying extra fees. Hopefully I ever have to use this service again but if I do I will definitely call AutoStar Transport.
