AutoStar Transport Express, would like to offer our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience, and delay in the transportation of Cynthia Green’s vehicle. The carrier that was assigned to this load, NK Transport Inc, was rated within the transportation industry as 99.6% rating. There was no indication that the transport would not go smoothly. Since the pickup of the vehicle, the carrier has had some mechanical issues, and has been delayed. They have also been very difficult to communicate with. We are just as frustrated with this carrier as the customer is, due to their total lack of regard to deliver this vehicle in a timely manner. We have been trying to get daily updates for the customer and will continue to monitor the situation until the vehicle has been safely delivered.
AutoStar Transport Express, was able to locate and assign a carrier exactly on the date the customer wanted, and the vehicle was picked up on the day the customer requested. It’s been a very unfortunate situation since the carrier picked up the vehicle, and we are working to resolve it.
