Purchased a classic convertible and tried to get an enclosed trailer from OH to ID. Did talk to Ben @ auto star, very nice but was having trouble finding me an enclosed trailer. Decided to call Montway, got a salesman that was not so happy, said I needed to cancel with auto star first. Did that, called Montway back, drew up a contract. After that, I called the salesperson back @ Montway and he never returned my call. Went thru waiting for over a week and they also could not find an enclosed trailer but the difference was with auto start, Ben helped me, Ben kept me up to date and with Montway I had to call their dispatch center, sit on hold for quite some time and every time I talked to someone I got the same generic answer. Decided to cancel my contract with them, called Ben back and he said he could get me an open trailer right away so I went with it. He called the seller and advised him of what was going on, gave us both the drivers name and tel #. Nick was the driver and he was also very helpful at both ends. The seller told me that Nick was going to make sure the car was in the best possible spot on the carrier. It was delivered to me within 5 days and Nick kept me informed where he was all along the way. Met him and he was very good about going over everything. If I ever need a car transported again, I will only go thru auto transport. I like the personal attention to they take for a customer. Ben was great!
