After much research on about 12 transport companies, including review of all their negative and positive reviews, I decided to select AutoStar Transport. I didn't know really what to expect, but I hoped for no unpleasant surprises.

Happily from the start, I was impressed with the prompt and good communication regarding contract and other preparation needs. Sofia was the individual who helped me, and she was very attentive and helpful through the whole process. While I didn't really know for sure when my car would be picked up and delivered, I was very pleased to be informed that it was being picked up the first day after it was available for pickup. Then the carrier that was selected delivered my car all the way from Tennessee to Utah in just 3 days! This really surprised and pleased me. FYI... That carrier company was Kosta Inc., and I give them 5 stars as well because they were most professional.

If/When I need another car transported, I would deal with AutoStar again... and if lucky if Kosta, Inc. again. :)
