We originally contracted with another company- they failed to pick up for a week, and then had the drivers calling us at midnight to pick up the vehicle after 5 days. We sent Carlos a text in the morning, he called, got to work and found a driver for us, organized our deliver and ended our problems. Constant communication with Carlos until the driver was assigned, then communication was between driver and us without a middle man as it should be. Awesome, Awesome, Awesome - Will use again when we move back to Colorado from the Metro DC area.
Carlos is first class broker, cares about his customer, his company and the industry. It doesn't get any better than that.
