I had heard nightmares about transporting a car. Granted, mine was a short distance (135 miles). I called on a Wednesday to schedule for that Saturday. Was given Saturday, Sunday & another date for pick-up. It was picked up on Saturday at 10:30AM (10AM was the scheduled time, but good enough; they called for driving instructions because the pick-up point is hard to find; this was fine). They called the day before to confirm the pick-up. The quoted price was what I paid. They answered all my questions via phone or email. I received the car at 1:30PM that same day. No damage. Both the company contact and the driver were friendly and helpful. I would use them again.
