I was very pleased with the driver, he was very energetic and willing to please. My only complaint was the car over mine on the transport was leaking oil and my car was coated in thick oil, it took several washes to remove this oil film. Also my car was located towards the cab on the transport so 2 cars had to be removed before mine, Unfortunately the 2nd cars battery was dead and it did not want to start once jumped, we had to wait an additional half hour, the driver apologized and did everything he could to get the car off the carrier, eventually he succeeded.
