Auto Star was one of several transport companies that contacted me after I made an online inquiry. To be honest, my initial reason for hiring them was based on gut instinct after George left me a courteous message. My instincts were correct! Working with George was an absolute pleasure! He was not put off or flustered by my change of plans and shipment date requirements, he responded to any questions I had in a timely manner and he was very honest and upfront at all times. He was extremely personable. He listened to me and made sure he understood my transport needs. I had never shipped a car before and was a little nervous about it. But, George went above and beyond my expectations in explaining the details of what would take place and how the process would happen. The car was picked up exactly when promised and delivered without incident exactly when promised. The payment process was also easy and convenient. I would definitely use Auto Star again and recommend them to anyone without reservation.
