The driver (Jose), from National Auto Moving, was very kind and he was on time.
However, I was not too happy with the broker.
I had to call several times to find out if the driver
would be identified. When the broker identified the driver,
he asked for $50 more. I didn't have to pay for $50 more but
I got frustrated because the broker mentioned that the price
would not go up. Anyways, I got my car with no damages
and the driver responded promptly to my inquiries during the transportation.

We appreciate all feedback, In this case the carrier needed a little extra, it is my job to present every option to you and was in no way an obligation, unfortunately since you wanted a rate below the average quote presented and demanded specific dates which I did my best to get for you, it was my mistake not to stick to my original price from the beginning which resulted in me paying the difference, I have learned from this experience and definitely appreciate your review.
