I dealt with Sean Hancock to arrange for my car to be shipped. He answered my many questions and made the whole process easy. All the dates and arrangements made with Sean ahead of time were kept exactly as Sean stated to me. Sean was able to have my car picked up on the 1st day of the window I gave him for pick-up. I couldn't have asked for any better service than what I received from AutoStar.
