AutoStar was very upfront about their pricing and did not offer me a low ball bid to get me to sign a contract. Their follow up was very good as they reached out via phone and e-mail to keep me up to date on the status of my pick up date. The process seemed to take a little longer then I thought becasue AutoStar does not actually ship the vehicle; they arrange for shipment. Still, they found a carrier withn a week and once picked up, the vehicle made it to our location in Florida within 3 days. I paid in advance so all we had to do upon delivery was pick up the car and drive off. All in all it was a good experience. Overall I felt like AutoStar was honest with me and their customer service people were very nice.
