Max contacted me after I submitted an online price quote. After an onslaught of other brokers, Max stood out because of his attitude. He was no pressure and understood the time crunch I was in. He did not make false promises and did not try and wheel-and-deal me into signing anything until he was 100% sure he could make it happen. I needed my new car shipped out from Orlando to Minnesota with only a day notice Andre made it happen. Was I skeptical and nervous? Yes! But he assured me everything was legit, provided me with reviews of the company (Miami Dade Towing and Recovery) and it put me at ease. Miami Dade Towing did an awesome job. Picked it up on time, dropped it off on time and was in communication with me the entire time, as was Max. Overall a great experience.
