**Doing your research is so important, we all have access to do so online... allow yourself some time and do it! It is a peace of mind- from the car being picked up and delivered. That way you know what you're getting into. I get estimates from many different companies, then I check their reviews on this site, I check with BBB to make sure, then I ask them the neccesary questions before I decide to go with them**

What I really like about AutoStar is that an agent named MAX BADESSICH is very very very informative to answer ALL our questions and concerns. This was our first time shipping two cars from Los Angeles to Tampa area... so we wanted to know everything and how it all works. We got a great deal because we were shipping two cars from and to the same addresses, keep this in mind if you are planning to do so.. you might as well can negotiate a lower rate that way. We paid $675/car.

Everything was done ON TIME, very prompt, our driver named Harry was so nice. He was friendly and trustworthy we felt safe saying goodbye to our cars for 7 days. The communication part is very important, every time we call our driver he picked up the phone and spoke to us so we knew what was happening.

Car delivery was easy, took 10 mins. Cars did not have a scratch. Nothing was stolen.
It was a perfectly smooth transition for us... I will definitely use AutoStar again!!
