We encountered an issue at pick- up (I lived on an Island with weight restrictions, so truck couldn't pass), but I was notified immediately and had direct contact with the driver to resolve. He went out of his way to make the delivery extra easy. It was my first time shipping a vehicle, so no point of reference, but I was extremely satisfied with both pick- up and drop off.
