Greg, thanks for your feedback. I regret we did not provide you a 5 star service due to the grease the driver may have gotten on your seats. I sincerely wished I would have known and could have been there to rectify this matter so that you were fully satisfied with your transport. I know that the driver worked very hard to be accomodating to requests to place your vehicle on the upper level and in the middle. Still, we did get your vehicle assigned to a carrier within hours of checking carrier availability on your route and hope you will choose us for your transport needs in future.
