My experience with Auto Star was very positive. I was worried because the trucking companies are sketchy about each other. Our car was picked up on time and at our door. We were able to change the drop off location during transport. It was great that the trucker name and number was given by email and written.
Joe was one day late getting in to CA but he notified my daughter in advance. She took a cab to pick up her car but had the wrong address. Joe was nice enough to come and pick her up and bring her to her car. All in all, very positive experience and I would use Auto Star again.
The rep Kerron was great! He was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable.

Hi Petra, Im so glad that everything worked out with the transportation of the mini to your daughter. It pleases me too know that, if need be, you would use Autostar Transport again.
