from the opening contact, I felt I was in good hands. The courtesy and promptness that my request for service was fast and efficient. That is the way I like to do business. The carrier company was totally on time and kept me abreast of his pickup time, so I wouldn't be waiting around the house for the truck. The pickup was also very professional with a terriffic driver that was the person carrying the vehicle to Calfornia. My daughter received the vehicle in the same condition as it left Florida, and informed me that the driver was also courteous to her. No damage and a job well done.
