I used Autostar transport to send my suv from Texas to Wa and Andrea Gallagher was amazing. She was so helpful in explaining the process and she was consistent when she needed to contact me. There was a time when my deposit amount changed and I could not get to a bank within that day and she made it to where I could pay within two business days. I was so impressed with her customer service. She called me 2 days after my available day with a carrier and everything I expected I got. My car arrived exactly 6 days from pickup, which was pretty awesome considering I was told one week. I could'nt have been more pleased the Autostar transport.
