I was very pleased with the service received! I expected problems with the entire process but everything went smoothly.
I sent a minivan from NY to Laredo, Tx -a broker there is processing it to be picked up by family in Mexico. Delivery was made early on Oct 18th in the morning after being picked up the evening of the 13th. Order was contracted during the night of the 11th).
Andrea and Kim tracked the vehicle's trip for me at any time I asked for a location.
I worried a lot about the carrier and the entire process, yet Andrea and Kim were so helpful in making sure that everything went smoothly.
I will probably have to send a vehicle every year to family members and i am very happy to know that it will be this easy. (Vehicle arrived dirty but I would worry if it was clean after 2000 road miles! If it was washed I would want to know why.)
