Chamsi, I understand your level of frustration and this was something we offered as a suggestion and if you declined we could wait for another carrier. We tried to work something out and your frustration didn't get directed my way until the vehicle was delivered. At the end of the day I wish we could have done a better job for you and if you consider us in the future we will make every effort to do so.
