Unfortunately, vehicle was delivered to a friend of Ms. Eileen who did the inspection on her behalf and signed the condition report accepting the vehicle. This order was picked-up: 04/18/12 and delivered: 04/27/12. When Ms Eileen arrived at delivery and inspected car again on about 6/5/12 they contacted the driver who delivered car stating that there was damage. They were in communication with him all that time trying to come to an agreement. Ms. Eileen contacted our office on 7/2/12. I provided Ms Eileen with the carrier's information and reminded her that damage found after vehicle is accepted and signed for would not be covered by carrier's insurance per terms and conditions.
