I had an excellent experience with this company. My contact, Jacqueline, was very informative. She gave me all the information I needed and answered all my questions. She was very personable and positive and seemed extremely knowledgeable about her business. Jacqueline did a great job at keeping me informed during the entire process, letting me know if premium drivers wee making offers to move the vehicle quicker at an adjusted rate. Even though I was shipping a large vehicle at a time when a lot of drivers are taking vacations, my vehicle shipped in record time, I was surprised at how quickly a driver was assigned. I was given all the information I needed to contact the driver and what to expect during the shipping process. This was a great experience and I highly recommend this company to anyone who is shipping a vehicle. I contracted with this company on 12/6/10, my vehicle was assigned on 12/13/10 and was in my possession on 12/19/10. This was well within the time frame that I needed and I am very happy with this shipment.
