Auto Transporter's Online (San Diego) made shipping my car cross country extremely easy and efficient! I contacted them and I was send a quote almost immediately! They sent me the contract via email and it was easy to understand. I let them know the date my car was available for shipping and was notified 5 days prior that a truck would be picking it up that day. I have never shipped a car cross country before and really had no idea where to start looking. A friend told me about this company and I could not have been more pleased! I was given the trucker's cell phone number who was transporting my car so if I had any questions I could directly contact him. Having his cell number really made me feel secure that I had contact with the guy who had my car. Within the company, I had contact with Karen and Arthur, both were extremely helpful with all questions that I had and kept me updated with any information that was important. I will be transporting my car back to California after school and I will definitely will be using this company again!!! I highly recommend them!! Especially if you are a first time transporter, they will explain how the process works and take the time with you. They were exceptional!
