Sharon, the Auto Transport online rep was extremely helpful in helping to coordinate the pickup and delivery of my son's van. She had to email my son in China, me in Michigan and the receiving mom in California. The destination was a very small town in a very hilly area and the driver, Paul, made sure that the van was delivered to the home as per contract. I was very impressed with his ability to load and secure the van to his rig. He had to maneuver thru road construction and narrow streets.
