I was very satisfied with the service received from Jacqueline Rider and Karen Johnson who coordinated the shipping of my newly purchased classic vehicle. I chose the economy plan and had to wait for first available truck coming this way. I asked Jackie to please give me a daily email status. I received a daily status and in her absence Karen provided email. This was my first experience shipping a vehicle and I was impressed with the knowledge these women possessed. They even had my vehicle placed on top rack to keep and salt off. I received my vehicle Christmas Eve and it was clean as could be. If anyone would like to contact me with questions, feel free. If you want to ship a vehicle, contact these ladies, you will not be sorry.
