I used them because they had one of the better price quotes than most others I received from. I received some lower price, but decided to go with Auto Transporters because of the e-mail I received along with initial quote and their ratings with BBB.
When I signed the contract, they had told 10 days for pickup and got it on the truck on the 5th day. The company was very prompt in their efforts and communications with me. They charged my credit card only after my car was assigned to a truck and I had the info of the truck driver in the e-mail. They had to pay more to the trucker, so they got less money than what was originally quoted. They put this info in the e-mail as well. The total I paid was exactly same as what they had originally quoted ($695).

The trick Driver (from Spider Transport) was extremely friendly, prompt and professional. He delivered the car to my home address in TX, exactly at the time he had promised when he loaded the car in CA.
I would definitely use them again.
