My younger sister unexpectedly passed away in San Francisco. Her vehicle was to require transport as soon as possible to my Mother in Kansas City.
Because of the excellent service record with Auto Transporters Online Inc. I decided transport with them would be the best way to go. I couldn't have made a better decision in a time of such grief in having to handle my sister's affairs.
The people with this company were kind and compassionate. They were very clear regarding what was best for my transport in regard to cost and services and how this should work.
The vehicle was picked up on time by Driver/Transporter Mike Smith with White Ram trucking company. I was able to contact Mike in his truck to explain my situation with the death of my sister. He obviously handled her car with amazing respect and care. He stayed in constant contact with myself and my family appropriately along the way and amazingly delivered the vehicle in beautiful condition, just as I had left it in California.
He picked up the vehicle on time and delivered it to my Mother in Kansas City today, only four days after pick up. His level of care and compassion toward my family was like nothing I've ever seen. He deserves commendation and recognition far beyond what I could ever give here.
As well, the staff with Auto Transporters Online Inc. deserve commendation and recognition for their care and selection of the company and driver for my sister's car.
I would recommend this company to absolutely anyone who would need or desire a transport of their vehicle for any reason. My family couldn't possibly have had a more positive transport experience. None of us would ever consider anyone else for auto transport needs.
My sister's car is home today with her Mom. I really had no idea how emotional something like this could be. The care and client services with Auto Transporters Online Inc and Mike Smith with White Ram trucking have been beyond anything I could have imagined.
