I was afraid of transporting my car and did a lot of research in a short time because I needed to move within a week or two. Auto Transporters kept in contact without hounding me. Caroline answered me and my family's questions to the best of her abilities and had referral people who could go more in depth. After I filled out the contract and sent it back to her and received a call with pick up dates within the same hour from Karen who also helpful in answering questions. NAO Auto were the 3rd party transporters and my car was picked up on the February 23rd and dropped off on the 29th in the. They were delayed picking up my vehicle 1 day because of the snow storms, which is completely understandable and I was informed. My car arrived the way you'd expect when you drive through bad weather-dirty, but they aren't responsible for that. My car wasn't damaged and that's what was important. Everything went extremely well and the driver was excellent. It was a successful and smooth move that took away alot of my stress. I've been recommending them to people I know.
