Overall, I was very pleased with the service and the willingness of the company (Five Star Logistics) to work with me on the timing of the pickup and delivery. I was travelling between the origin and destination quite frequently in order to close on my new house and the willingness to adjust the dates and times for pickup really helped me a lot. The driver (Sergey) was very honest and knowledgeable and was very thorough with the pre-load inspection, explaining to me what he was looking for and why. He was also very careful to load and unload my vehicles to ensure there was no damage. Shipping a car (or two in my case) is not always a straightforward and painless experience, but this time was really great. I recommend Five Star Logistics if you are shipping vehicles to and from the northwest.
