We worked in good faith with the trucker to ship Nancy's vehicle. The trucker had accepted this contract based on her requirements. On the morning of the scheduled pickup, the trucker had a problem and changed the timing of the delivery. Understandably, no-one was happy about this and we offered to reschedule the pickup with another trucker. Nancy refused and cancelled the pickup. We apologized for the inconvenience and refunded the deposit immediately. Unfortunately, there wasn't anything more that we could have done.
