I was told that they only needed a 2-day window to pick up my car. When they hadn't arrived 3 days after the end of the 2-day window I told them to cancel my request for service. Instead they denied they ever guaranteed me a 2-day pickup window and pointed to the fine print in the contract where it says they get 2 weeks despite any other promises they made.
Avoid this company if at all possible. They kept my $195 deposit and NEVER moved my car.
