DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will take your order and your money, but cannot carry through with the order. I contracted them last April for a $600.00 pick-up within a certain two week time frame. I signed the contract and sent the money. On the last day at noon I called in a panic because we were scheduled to also depart that day. They finally gave me the name of a driver, said to contact him direct, and they would refund my $150 deposit. In spite of repeated calls and e-mails (more than 50) they (1) will not answer the phone, but force you to leave a message, (2) will not return the call, and (3) will not answer my e-mails. This company is, by far, the worst outfit in any business I have ever dealt with. YOU SHOULD HAVE NO FAITH THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY WILL COME THROUGH FOR YOU.
