His continued follow up with drivers and myself before we had even reached a deal was very helpful. Also, he had given me the impression that he was the type of person who can go the extra mile to make sure the job gets done properly.
The driver, named Alvien, was very friendly and trustworthy. Moreover, he dilivered the car in less than 4 days even though the original ETA was set for 5~7 days.
Many companies seem to have given me the impression that the ETA, estimated pick up, safety of my car, etc were out of their control and "up in air." Auto Transport had made me feel like I was being taken care of (like a customer should feel).
