I worked with Erin and she did a great job making me feel comfortable about the whole process, especially after I told her how terrified I was after reading all the horror stories online about shipping a vehicle. ATC picked up my new vehicle Thursday as promised, and would have had it delivered as promised on Monday, but Mother Nature decided to hit St. Louis with the worst March snowstorm in history! So I got my Jeep a day late, but still very happy. If I were to ever ship another vehicle I would definitely be calling Erin and ATC.
